Biography & experience
Tom Parker is the Strategy & Operations Manager at Inveztor, responsible for driving operational delivery and leading strategic initiatives across product, transformation, and client success. He brings over eight years of experience in financial services consulting, including roles at Deloitte and Capco, where he led large-scale cost optimisation and operating model change for tier 1 global Banks.
Since joining Inveztor, Tom has helped shape the delivery of infrastructure and efficiency improvements for institutions across Europe and the US, with a focus on strategic direction, regulatory readiness, automation, and long-term scalability.
Outside of work, Tom is a skier, CrossFit enthusiast, and former camp leader for children with disabilities - an early experience that continues to shape his grounded, team-first mindset.
Tom holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Finance from the University of Surrey.
