Celebrating Her Success: A UK-US Women’s Business Exchange

I was honoured to attend “Celebrating Her Success: A UK-US Women’s Business Exchange” yesterday at the British Ambassadors Residence in New York.

It was a genuinely inspiring afternoon bringing together founders, leaders, and advocates who are pushing for greater opportunity for women across business and finance. It was particularly special to be invited to meet Baroness Harriet Harman KC, the UK Special Envoy for Women and Girls. We spoke about the experience of leading a business as a female founder, creating opportunities for women in finance, and the work we are doing with clients in the UK and New York.

It was also special to connect with so many impressive women building and leading companies and change on both sides of the Atlantic - Sydney Badman, Diana Franco, Madeleine Schachter, Sofia Mussa, Brinda Ganguly, Anna Szpunar, Leadership Coach, Camille Jalandoni, Mary Ann Pierce, Justyna Kedra, River Lisius, and Julia Steinberg.Thank you to the teams at Women.NYC, Nyc Economic Development Corp and the British Consulate General New York for hosting such a thoughtful and energising event.
